01Our target

WCAG 2.2 level AA across the marketing site, employer application, candidate portal, verifier flow and Consumer Center.

02What that means in practice

Full keyboard operability, visible focus states, status never communicated by color alone, labelled form controls with clear error recovery, and support for text resizing and zoom.

03Known gaps

We publish known accessibility gaps rather than claiming full conformance. Current gaps are listed here at launch and tracked to a fix.

04Getting an alternative format

If any notice, report or page is not accessible to you, contact us and we will provide the information another way — including by mail or by phone.
