Identity and contact information, employment and education information you or a source provides, documents you upload, and technical information about your use of our services.
02Where information comes from
You, the employer who requested a verification, employers and institutions we contact as sources, and service providers acting on our behalf.
03How we use it
To perform verifications, produce reports for organizations with a permissible purpose, respond to consumer requests and disputes, meet legal obligations, and secure our services.
04When we share it
With the organization that requested a report, with sources to the extent needed to verify, with subprocessors under contract, and where required by law.
05Retention
Retained per record type according to our retention schedule and any employer configuration, then deleted. Deletion is logged.
06Your choices and rights
Access, correction and dispute rights, plus additional rights in certain states. Exercise them through the Consumer Center.
07Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging and vendor review. See the Trust Center.
