Employment Verifier Center

Respond to a verification request in a few minutes.

You received a request because a former or current employee authorized a verification. No account is required, you choose what your organization discloses, and you get a receipt for your records.

Enter your request code

Next you will confirm your organization and your work email. Responding is voluntary.

What to expect

Four steps, and you can stop at any of them.

STEP 1

Confirm the request

Check the code and the requesting organization against your notice.

STEP 2

Verify your work email

A one-time code to your work address. No password, no account.

STEP 3

Provide what you disclose

Dates and title are requested; compensation is optional; you can decline any field with a reason.

STEP 4

Certify and save a receipt

Certify the response, then download or email the receipt.

Common questions

What verifiers ask us.

No. Responding is voluntary and your organization decides what it discloses. You can decline any field, decline the whole request, or state that your organization uses a third-party verification service. HVR records your response as given.

Report a suspected fraudulent request

HVR never asks a verifier for bank details, full government identifiers, or payment. If a request asks for any of those, or the organization does not match your notice, stop and report it.

Your organization uses a service

If employment confirmations are handled by a third-party verification service, tell us which one and we will route future requests there instead of to your team.
