Draft — requires review by qualified counsel

This page is a product-design placeholder written to show structure, reading level and hierarchy. It is not legal language and is not final. Statutory notices, disclosures, certifications and rights summaries must be drafted or approved by qualified counsel before launch.

01Principle

We retain information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal obligations, and to support consumer access and dispute rights — then delete it.

02Set per record type

Verification records, report versions, uploaded documents, audit logs and account records each have their own retention period.

03Employer configuration

Enterprise accounts may set shorter retention for their own records within the limits our legal obligations allow.

04Deletion is executed and logged

Deletion runs on schedule and is recorded in the audit log. It is not a request that sits in a queue.

05Consumer rights are preserved

Retention periods account for the period during which you may request your file or dispute information.
