Draft — requires review by qualified counsel

This page is a product-design placeholder written to show structure, reading level and hierarchy. It is not legal language and is not final. Statutory notices, disclosures, certifications and rights summaries must be drafted or approved by qualified counsel before launch.

01Verify your identity

We confirm who you are before showing or changing anything, to protect your file from unauthorized access.

02Select the report or information

Choose the report or the specific item you are disputing.

03Identify the disputed item

Tell us which field is wrong — for example an employment date, a job title, or an employer that is not yours.

04Explain the issue

Describe what is incorrect and what the correct information is, in your own words.

05Upload supporting documents

Optional, but it usually speeds things up. A pay stub, a W-2, an offer letter or a separation notice.

06Review and submit

You see exactly what is being submitted before it is sent.

07Confirmation

You receive a confirmation with a dispute reference and the expected timeline.

08Reinvestigation

We re-contact the source, review the evidence, and record what we find. You can track the stage at any time.

09Result

We tell you the outcome: corrected, removed, verified as accurate, or unable to verify.

10Next steps

If information changed, a new report version is issued and you are told who received the earlier version. You may add a statement to your file.
