01How we govern vendors

Each subprocessor is reviewed before onboarding for security, privacy and data-handling practices, and is engaged under contract with confidentiality and security obligations.

02Categories in use

Cloud infrastructure and hosting, email and notice delivery, document storage and scanning, identity verification technology (IDSentric), payment processing, error monitoring and analytics, and customer support tooling.

03Named list

The current named list is provided to customers under their services agreement and published here at launch. We do not list a vendor before the agreement is in place.

04Changes

Material changes to the subprocessor list are published, with advance notice where a customer agreement requires it.
